Processing flow:
Workblank → normalizing → lathe roughing → ultrasound detection → second normalizing → lathe semi-finishing → tooth roughing (milling) → quenching and tempering → lathe finishing → milling finishing → heat treatment → tooth finishing → semi-finishing grinding - addendum circle and head face → tooth finish-grinding → finishing grinding - addendum circle → magnetic particle detection and nitric acid test
